Sugar Cane Museum: offers a tour through different stations that display traditional sugar mills from various regions of Colombia. This experience allows an understanding of the evolution of these machines over time and their value within the agricultural history of the country. All of this takes place in a spectacular natural environment, surrounded by birds, majestic trees, flowering gardens, and streams that provide a calm and charming atmosphere.
On the other hand, Hacienda El Paraíso is recognized for its architectural beauty and lush gardens. Built in the 19th century, it combines colonial elements and is considered a symbol of the cultural heritage of Valle del Cauca. In addition, it is famous for having been the setting of the novel María by the writer Jorge Isaac, one of the most representative works of Latin American romantic literature.
