Day 1: Arrival El Chaltén
Upon arrival at the airport, a private transfer will take you to your hotel in El Chaltén. Enjoy a comfortable ride through stunning Patagonian landscapes, with assistance for your luggage and a smooth arrival at your accommodation in Argentina’s trekking capital. Overnight in El Chaltén.
Day 2: El Chaltén – Laguna Capri – El Chaltén (10km – 20min)
After breakfast at the hotel, set out on a memorable hike to the stunning Laguna Capri, one of the most iconic viewpoints of Mount Fitz Roy. This 8-kilometer round-trip trek takes approximately five hours and is of low difficulty, taking you through the beautiful Río de las Vueltas Valley, with a gentle 400-meter elevation gain. Along the trail, enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Viedma and the surrounding Patagonian landscapes. At the lagoon, take in postcard-perfect views of Cerro Chaltén (Fitz Roy) and its dramatic peaks. Relax, enjoy your packed lunch, and savor the tranquility of this pristine setting before descending back to the town of El Chaltén.Overnight in El Chaltén.
Day 3: El Chaltén
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day at leisure in El Chaltén, surrounded by breathtaking Patagonian landscapes. Stroll through the charming mountain town, relax in its cafés, or simply take in the views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Overnight in El Chaltén.
Day 4: El Chaltén Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel. At the scheduled time, a private transfer will take you from your hotel to Comandante Armando Tola International Airport for your departure flight. Take with you unforgettable memories of Patagonia’s breathtaking landscapes and natural wonders.
Operated with a Spanish and English-speaking local guide during the trek to Laguna Capri (Day 2).
