About the destination

Lombok’s original tourist resort, Senggigi sits in a lovely spot along a string of sweeping bays, where pale-sand beaches lie below a backdrop of jungle-covered mountains and coconut palms. In the late afternoon, a blood-red sunset drops into the surf beside the huge triangular cone of Bali’s Gunung Agung.
