Day 1: Arrival In New Delhi

Traditional welcome at the airport by our representative and driver, followed by transfer to your hotel. (Rooms will be available from 12:00 PM). Overnight stay at the hotel. (Meals: N/A)

Day 2: Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a city tour of Delhi, the most populated and cosmopolitan city in India, a place of a thousand colors. Originally, there were seven ancient cities in New Delhi, and the combination of these seven historic cities reflects the contrasts of this incredible nation. We begin the day with a visit to Jama Masjid, located in the heart of Old Delhi. Afterwards, we will explore the lively alleys of the city by rickshaw, where numerous bazaars are found, allowing us to experience together the colors, sounds, and aromas—a first immersion into this wonderful country. We dive into the chaos of Chandni Chowk, the nerve center of the old city: a chaotic mix of shops, street vendors, monkeys, sacred cows, street food stalls, improbable electrical wires, and many other curiosities beyond imagination. On the way back, we pass in front of the Red Fort (exterior view), built by Emperor Shah Jahan. In the afternoon, a panoramic tour passing by India Gate and continuing towards Rashtrapati Bhawan, the presidential residence. We will also visit the great Sikh temple Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, for a first encounter with Indian mysticism. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 3: Delhi – Jaipur (297 Kms / 5 – 6h)

After breakfast, departure towards Jaipur, the “Pink City,” capital of Rajasthan, founded in the 18th century. It is one of the most colorful and picturesque cities in India. Check-in at the hotel. In the late afternoon/evening, transfer to a cinema to attend a Bollywood movie screening in one of the most famous cinemas in India. Enjoy the experience in a huge and extravagant movie hall, where you can feel excitement, laughter, or even tears alongside the local audience. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 4: Jaipur – Amber Fort – Jaipur

After breakfast, departure for a visit to Amber Fort. During the Mughal era, the region had to be prepared for war at any moment. Amber was the residence of the Maharajas, and by observing the defensive forts surrounding the area, one can imagine the power of its rulers. Ascent and descent along the fort walls by jeep (if more than 4 participants). Visit the palace, with its rooms decorated with mirrors and the former harem, a true labyrinth. Today we will also visit textile printing workshops using wooden blocks, where you can have your own garments made during the day. The art of block printing: woodblock printing is an ancient manual technique from Rajasthan in northern India. In the afternoon, visit the astronomical observatory Jantar Mantar, a collection of 19 astronomical instruments built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II, founder of Jaipur, in Rajasthan. The monument was completed in 1734 and includes the world’s largest stone sundial. It is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, we will pass in front of the famous Hawa Mahal, with its iconic red façade, and explore the “Pink City,” the residential and business district. Rickshaw ride through the old city of Jaipur. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 5: Jaipur – Agra (252 Kms / 5h30)

After breakfast at the hotel, departure by road towards Agra. Agra is an iconic city and a must-visit destination on any trip to India, where the very essence of love can be felt. Radiant during the reign of the Mughal emperors, the famous “City of the Taj” was once the capital of their powerful empire. Passionate about architecture, the Mughals built here some of the most remarkable monuments in the world. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Afterwards, departure for a visit to the Taj Mahal. On the banks of the Yamuna River, Emperor Shah Jahan had the Taj Mahal built in memory of his favorite wife. It is the most perfect jewel of Indo-Persian art and is part of the wonders of world heritage. It truly represents the story of a great love. It possesses a magical charm; the rectangular pool lined with cypress trees reflects the image of the monument. Next, visit the majestic Agra Fort, former residence of the Mughal emperors. Built on the banks of the Yamuna River, this impressive fortress is surrounded by imposing walls rising between 20 and 33 meters in height and extending for nearly 2,500 meters in perimeter. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 6: Agra – Varanasi (By Train) (8h)

Early in the morning, transfer to the railway station to board your train to Varanasi, one of the oldest and most sacred cities in India. Your breakfast, prepared and packed by the hotel, can be enjoyed freely on board during the journey. Upon arrival at Varanasi railway station, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, departure towards the ghats area. The vehicle will first take you to an authorized access point where traffic is more restricted. From there, you will continue with a pleasant short rickshaw ride, an ideal way to gradually immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the old city. The rickshaw will drop you near the ghats, from where you will continue on foot to the sacred steps of the Ganges River. You will then attend the majestic Aarti ceremony, an intense spiritual moment where chants, prayers, and thousands of small flames offered to the sacred river come together. This daily ritual, practiced for centuries, offers an unforgettable experience at the heart of Hindu tradition. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 7: Varanasi – Delhi (By Flight) (2h)

At sunrise, enjoy a boat ride on the sacred Ganges River (this excursion is subject to the river’s water level). This unique experience will allow you to admire the ghats slowly awakening, bathed in golden light, while devotees perform their morning rituals in a mystical and timeless atmosphere. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then depart for Sarnath, considered one of the most important sites of Buddhism. It was here that Buddha delivered his first sermon, revealing the “Wheel of Law.” You will discover the remains of monuments erected by Emperor Ashoka, including the main temple dating back to the 6th century, the Ashoka Pillar, and the Dhamek Stupa. Continue with a visit to the museum, which houses one of the pillars erected by Emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century BC. Designed as a Buddhist monastery, it preserves numerous remarkable examples of ancient art. Afterwards, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, reception by our driver and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 8: Delhi – Departure
